1. Extent of coverage

All legal matters and contracts between chords online Joachim Teich, Lindenstrasse 15, 85077 Manching and the customer are subject to these terms and conditions exclusively. We do not accept any terms that are contradictory to the ones set forth herein. Exceptions need to be explicitly agreed upon by chords online in advance, and in writing.

2. Terms of contract

The items that are displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer. They are merely an online catalogue. By entering your personal data and clicking the “place order” button during the final step of the ordering process, you have placed a legally binding order for the contents of your shopping basket. A confirmation of the receipt of your order will follow immediately after the order has been sent. We accept a contractual obligation only with our shipping confirmation, or the actual delivery itself. If you receive neither a shipping confirmation nor delivery within two weeks, you are no longer under contractual obligation to us. If you have chosen payment in advance, please wait for our confirmation of your order before making the payment.

3. Partial delivery

We reserve the right to deliver your order in separate shipments if necessary. There will be no additional shipping charges for you, unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.

4. Termination of contract and returns policy

You can terminate the contract in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail to info@chords-online.de) within one month after the initial purchase without having to state your reasons. You can also terminate the contract simply by returning the merchandise. This is based on the condition that you have purchased the merchandise for private use, professional retailers are excluded. It is sufficient to either mail the request or ship the merchandise back within this one month period (starting no earlier than with the receipt of the terms set forth herein, separately and in writing) to terminate the contract. If you return merchandise to us with a value not exceeding 40,00 EUR, you have to pay for the shipping under the condition that the merchandise you have received is identical to the one you have ordered. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge.

The delivered merchandise remains our sole property until paid in full!
