How to ship?

We forward our shipments by DHL (German Post) and DPD (Deutscher Paket Dienst)

Time of delivery?

Your order will be processed immediatly after receipt. Delivery can take place within 1 to 2 working days. Article which are signalized with the chords-online express-delivery button, will be forwarded on the same day if your order has reached us till 14.00 hrs.

Shipping coast?

order value Germany lower than € 40.00 = € 2.50

order value Germany more than € 40.00 = free

order value foreign countries Europe generell € 6.00

order value all other forein countries  9.50

Low quantity agio till € 10.00 = € 3.50

Important hint

In spite of all accuracy a damage in transit can occure. In this case we will refund these article with no charges.

Please pay attention to the following procedure:

Damages in transit please reclaim immediately after receipt of the goods. Please inform after that chords-online.de shop. If you plan to return the damaged item, please inform chords-online.de shop first by e-mail, fax or fon.

You have to pay the freight charges, if you return a shipment and the value of order is less than € 40.00. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charges for you.

Please be so kind and stamp the return, because we otherwise refuse the receipt.
